Problems getting on.

So a while ago the app started telling me to sign in through gamecenter for the security of my account but I never knew how to do that.
So I'd always skip it, but recently it wont let me skip it anymore and I still dont know how to do that. So now I can't get on. My ign is Xsykz and the server I play is Evanston. Anyone know what to do?

if you remember your player ID you can e-mail ZQ to ask them to resend account data as it's stored on the server, but they'll need some kind of proof it's you, which is hard if you didn't link to facebook or gamecenter.

A lot of people lose progress because they didn't link anything to their account and suddenly their device "forgets" (usually from updates) what it logs in as.

Uninstalling and clearing the cache helps some people, others not so much
E-mailing them and being really patient is probably the only solution, as ZQ has loads of requests to go through and several of them are liars who want free stuff or a high level account.

I don't know the email to send it too. I have a really old screenshot of my account when i was lv 83 Though I doubt its enough as I don't know my id :c Can you tell me the email to send too? I still want to try because I have had so much progress.
