Fantasy Vouchers Empty Fantasy Vouchers

Are Fantasy Vouchers useless? I bought a bunch on accident an noticed that they dont work at any menu on the spin screen. Is there some rare event that they can be used on or something?

yea its somewhat like the special summon, every now and then theres an event for fantasy spin
