Logon with new Patch/Support Email Empty Logon with new Patch/Support Email

Ever since the newest patch when i try to logon, it tells me to pick a server, only there are none in the server select screen, its just empty. i have no idea how to get in touch with support staff and have tried pocketknights at zqnetworks dot com (guests can't post emails that's why I wrote it lime that) only to have my email returned to me saying thats an invalid email address. Help would be v appreciated

I had same problem.

Today it booted up and I could log in, and I saw my old server. I went to it, and was shown the start-your-character screens. Which meant my level 88 account is all gone. My game progress, courage gems, heroes, gear, etc. went poof.

The funny thing is, I can't re-enter my user name because it's "Already taken". But if my account got wiped, then why is my name still taken? And if my account is intact with the name being taken, then why can't I access it?

So it seems like I have to start all over again. I'm so glad I never paid any real money on this game.

The ZQ email is pocketknights@zqnetwork.com no s in network. I'm not really sure what else to suggest as it is an odd predicament. I know Veristek said he is a Windows Phone user.. are you all on Windows Phone as well?

I emailed ZQ Games and they said they do not support "Heroes of Fantasy" the Windows Phone version of Pocket Knights. They also said they have no plans to get licensed to operate Heroes for USA / European countries or support the game anytime soon.

So apparently I'm SOL. No account restore or fixing. Besides I don't read or speak Chinese or Japanese so I can't use or talk to the website or dev's for "Heroes of Fantasy". Plus there is no support page or links to one on the Windows phone app section for "Heroes of Fantasy".

Bottom line is, I might have to quit. Only way I can get my account fixed is if I learn Chinese. Or go buy an android or apple phone just to play Pocket Knights. Which is kinda dumb considering I just got a $500 Nokia Lumia windows phone this past x-mas, If I go back to "Heroes of Fantasy", I will need to somehow find an English speaking server (so annoying to have 90% of the players speak Vietnamese or Chinese which I can't understand or converse in) on Heroes, get level 90+ friends to power me through to Floating Island (where I was on my original account), mine the dragon mines like 100 times for rune packs, and help me farm / "tag" millions of points on pirate / demon bosses to regain my 12k courage gems... and a high level guild to abuse the Maske event for 8+ million exp daily.

Since none of these seem likely, I must bid a promising game farewell.

I did some poking around on the developer website, and this is the email address they've listed for bug reporting: 2261050670@qq.com Now, whether or not they would be able to respond to inquiries in English is unknown. I wish I could be of more help.
