Should I replace Vera with Marlina?

Should I replace Vera with Marlina? The only thing that got me question is that Vera's normal attack is great and I'm not sure about Marlina's.

I have Marlina and she's pretty strong, but I wouldn't say as strong as Vera though. Plus, you would have to waste resources either transferring or levelling up Marlina, so I would keep Vera if I were you.

Vera has a slightly better damage on basic attack, but Marlina has a CRIT that deals far more damage. Vera's poison is DoT, meaning the full potential takes a while to reach Marlina's CRIT attack.
BUT if they both survive long enough, their damage output is very similar. Marlina bursts down quickly while Vera deals constant high damage via poison and higher ATK. If you have an awakened version of either, they're single target nukes.
Here's the big issue, Vera's poison might not be enough to kill off a target on the first shot, infecting them but then you have another of your DPS units target the same enemy and attack it. Marlina, having all her damage straight up, may kill the target immediatly allowing your other DPS units to hit the next.
