Favorite Music?
So uhh, this topic is posted for people to share music they feel that others should (need) to hear.
I guess a format would be nice to follow
So when posting a song.

I'll start out with a few genres I enjoy
Die Young (remix) - Ke$ha feat. Juciy J, Wiz Khalifa, and Becky G
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixq2E01ZI20
It takes an OK song and makes it better, and the bass is pretty nice..
Rain - Klaypex
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zuAOomfiCc
I just enjoy electronic music and any of their songs would do
Days of Gold - Jake Owen (Originally by Jake Owen)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggKe409_F4
For what's considered a country song, it goes hard...
Chicks Dig It - Chris Cagle
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iB16klLODYk
I've always liked this song...
Bad Company - Bad Company (Fiver Finger Death Punch re-made it in their style)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ww5GXbk58R0
This song is quite possibly my favorite classic rock song
Do It Again - Steely Dan
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sil76t2X_DE
This is another personal favorite
Dysfunctional - Tech N9ne
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkFPiu400bk
Lesser known rap artist, and this song has amazing flow.
Hey - Lil Jon and 3OH!3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYCAu8Oq-a0
I love the way this song transitions everything
There are also 2 versions. 3OH!3 featuring Lil Jon and one vice versa
Satellite - Rise Against
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nQCxwneUwA
One of my favorite rock songs, and yes the audio is split on purpose
Riptide - Sick Puppies
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFOtX3VkG88
One of my favorite songs, for me it's a very meaningful song
I know i did more than a few, but I wanted to keep this open and not singled down to a single genre

Re: Favorite Music?
Seeing as I'm way to lazy and I got woken up very earlier to go shovel over a foot of snow I'm just gonna list bands that I'm addicted to instead of link them. Maybe it'll get a discussion going. lol
1. I don't know if any other band I listen to can tell such a good of story as these guys can, along with extremely catchy guitar riffs and a badass vocalist my number #1 is and forever will be Amon Amarth. It really got me interested in Norse mythology as well, which might I add, is pretty awesome. Nothing like driving along with some viking inspired metal to pump you up. (Also my pre/during workout music) (GHASIASUVASGF so epic)
2. I never listened to much music when I was growing up (just whatever my sister had blasting in the background while I played games) but when I went to high school I met one fellow who introduced me to Lamb of God. It was a little weird for me, I had never listened to any metal before and it was kinda rough to interpret. Now I've listened to every LoG song atleast 100+ times and I'm thankful to the band for introducing me to such an awesome genre of music. Metal is really 95% of what I listen to now. (:
3. Metallica and Megadeth people.
These two had to go together because they go hand-in-hand.
First off, the bad blood between James and Dave was a god-send. If it wasn't for Dave Mustaine getting kicked out of Metallica he never would have started such a brutal band like Megadeth. Every track, every album is good to me. Every song could be played on repeat throughout my day. This is usually the two bands people will go "Who do you like more, x or x?" To those gentlemen and sometimes ladies, I would say Megadeth. That guitar is just too amazing and don't get me started on the drums. That's my shiiiiiiiit

Re: Favorite Music?
I listen to nearly everything except gospel and.. whatever that screamo/emo thing is kids listen to nowadays. A lot of my music comes from TV shows I like: Sons of Anarchy, Bones, Rookie Blue. What I listen to at any given moment depends on my mood.
Currently, I'm on what I loosely call an outlaw kick. This playlist contains The Black Keys, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Hank 3, music from Sons of Anarchy, some RHCP and ZZ Top.
I also enjoy Hank Williams, Katy Perry, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Eisbrecher, Megaherz, Tristania (before the singer change, the new gal can't come close to Vibeke<3), Sirenia, Epica, Brother Ali, Taleb Kweli, Chrisette Michele, Jon B, Joe, Donell Jones, CPE Bach's cello concertos performed by Hidemi Suzuki, Wisin y Yandel, Alexis y Fido, Daddy Yankee, Of Monsters and Men, Fever Ray, James Blunt and Adele.
And my #1 favourite band for the past ten years is Mushroomhead.
