heroes of fantasy vs pocket knights

Greetings, I am a veteran of the windows phone heroes of fantasy and put a lot of time and effort into the game. Recently I purchased an android phone that has pocket knights which seems to be the same game with slight differences. My old game has a username and password so I was wondering if there was any way to transfer the hero data over or am I going to have to start all over. Anyone know about this?
