Suggestions for a formation

Hey everyone, I am looking into trying to find a better formation for the cards I have.

The cards I have are:
Talia
Estine (might be windows phone only?)
Erondragas
Hanzen
Nexara
Shi Fu
Pravil
Master Wu * 2
Sir Rogas
..and a whole slew of different 4 star heroes... not sure if I should refine them or what... any suggestions on them too? lol

Anyways.. my current setup is
Front:
Erondragas
empty
Hanzen

Back:
Nexara
Estine
Talia

I am over half way to getting Rathim with pink gems

Where should I go from here? What should my formation be like? What heroes should I be striving for?
(Is it worth leveling Talia until I get the materials for adept? I heard somewhere her level resets to 30 so theres no point leveling her past the requirement for adept.

Id personally switch out hanzen for wu, he's a much better warrior overall, estine also needs to replaced however pravil and shifu are both disappointing, if u ever manage to summon vera/mogh grut and throw em in and i would have went for candy before rathim. When u reach adept ur talia will go back to tier 1 and level 30, so whether its worth leveling her up now depends on how far ur away from achieving that, its best to save up evo/level materials before going adept
